Leaving TCS ?
What could be the reason behind decreasing headcount ofTCS?
1) No on time promotions
2) No hikes as per market value
3) Unprecedented salary cuts ( In variable pays)
4) Company shifted from Employee benefits to Share holders benefit.
They eventually make you feel worthless and you to resign by yourself.
This is surely the result of the harassment being done by the rmg.
Being on bench and reporting to rmg is hell.

They arent hiring freshers like how they usually would.
Its Just a Beginning TCS is not that good company to work for as it used to be
Work from Office norms.
It's not economically feasible to stay and work in a city like Bangalore for an under-50k salary.
People might be better off just doing something in their hometowns.
I worked in TCS and left it on time... Hopefully I got a good manager, after fighting a random instructor, when I joined as a fresher... Got into DevOps. But the issue was that I didn't get enough work. Even though I wanted to work. But they haven't provided me with any projects even when I was on the bench... I got into one project but the DM of that project was shit.... Even after the project ended he never assigned me to another project and put me on the bench. Hopefully I got an offer from the client with a good hike that nobody else matched. I got lucky, got out on time. Staying long in TCS would've definitely ruined my career.
This is what the management wants , pushing employees to their limits to leave.

They have started reducing RMG headcounts drastically. Typically moving towards zero bench policy like Infosys.
This is exactly what they want to cut costs. More burden on working team members.
