Interested to know from other PMs here if they align with what's written in the report. It's super detailed, made me feel very confident about my PM career 😛💰

Hey, I am a SWE with 2 yrs exp. recently I found out that juniors in my team are being paid atleast 10% more than me. This thing has been bugging me so much that I setup a meeting with my manager but here’s the thing- I have no idea how to talk about this to my manager. I obviously think it’s unfair given how much more work I am doing. Can experienced people here please guide me on how to approach this meeting? Thanks!

Want to implement a simple but effective system for an early stage startup. The idea is to have a system in place without laying too important around vision, mission and all the hoo haa.

I am observing since past 7-8 days on LinkedIn that every 3rd or 4th product managers from companies like swiggy , razorpay, Microsoft are promoting a report released by upgrad about salaries of product managers where they say an average Sr . PM with experience of 6+ years earn over a CR in startups and big MNCs, how realistic these figures are to you as a product manager??

So I am looking out for a new role and the final round of the interview is done. I am now at the negotiation stage where I do not want to quote a number but want to know the current "Market standard" Job : Frontend/iOS engineer YOE : 5, worked in good product companies throughout The HR person also mentioned that they can pay as much as Adobe salaries. Numbers, anyone?
