Is it common for someone in mid 20s experience diminishing attention span and mental fatigue? Any advices on how to keep brain active like it was before. (I can literally feel the difference)

I honestly recommend trying inner engineering and practice the yogic practice which one gets initiated into. It makes world of difference. I am 32 and doing my yogic practice quietly for last 9 years incessantly and I feel younger than 25. And I am not the only one. Before rejecting atleast try this out. It's even online now 🙏

Please go through this. It's a simple 21 min practice. If you are in any major city and take out 3 hrs for 7 days each in the morning then can physically attend or online inner engineering also can be registered using above link. For physical classes you can search on Sadhguru app. There is also one option if you can take out 3-4 days completely then can attend retreat inner engineering program from isha yoga center in coimbatore.

Maybe you think that you have it just because something like this exists. Just divide your day into things you ‘have’ to do and things you ‘like’ to do and forget all about all these terminology

Get all of your vitamin levels checked. It's common to chalk it up to stress while in reality 20s is when people start running out of body stores of several categories of vitamins and minerals.

Been struggling with the same. Force yourself to read books. Need to increase context span and retention

Mindfulness will be key dude. A bit of mental and physical exercise should help plus sleep for 7 to 8 hrs, and eat healthy. Should help see the difference in couple of weeks.

Improve memory

Hey everyone,

Do you also deal with memory loss in your late 20s or is it just me? For the past couple of months, I keep forgetting things. I used to have good memory

Is there anything you know or do to improve it?

Feeling de-motivated

Having worked in banking for a few years now, having no motivation to stick around. Is this mid life crisis or saturation? Are other millennials facing this too? Thoughts?
