1) I have friends working there, talked to them a few weeks ago & all seemed good 
  
 2) They raised 20Mn last year , very difficult to completely shut shop so soon

Can be a fake news spread by some angry laid off guy. The company raised huge funding recently.

But there are many who have put open to work...might be a pathetic place to work
