My module lead told me to mark disagreement over the band.

Sadly I got D band, I had resigned but due to personal circumstances I couldn't find an offer and resumed back. However timing was wrong so happened around March end when I rejoined. So being a C3B my salary is now reduced by 20% I am thinking to take a break and upgrade my skills. I can't study along with job. I am trying to switch but somehow not getting any interview calls for Scrum Master role. Feeling lost. Any referrals or any guidance is highly appreciated. Thank you for reading thus far.

If I join TCS in Oct 2024, do I will be eligible for anniversary hike in Oct 2025?

What will be the consequences of having D band in TCS, My previous manager was kind of sweet poison bitch. All of my friends from previous project got C and I got D as i have some bad discussion before leaving that project. I argued for the role i offered after leetcode assessment and interview they were giving manual testing work we were told AI/ML related development works. then to be at upperhand they said you are not performing well and not comming to office so to prove yourself i am giving you this manual testing work which i denied and said if you are not finding my performance good release me.

Looking for suggestions on the next switch. SAP Senior Consultant with 9 YoE. Drawing 27 LPA. Tired of the milestone year getting changed and the whole process around promotions. Looking for suggestions.

Long story told short, I have couple of offers: from Deloitte and TCS with salary raise upto 40% from my current CTC. Ofcourse, I had plans to go ahead with Deloitte. My current YoE is 3.9Years. And I’ll be joining as an Analyst at Deloitte. (No change in band, im joining entry level position as my current company). But, If I complete 4 years of experience, I could move on to next band with significant change in pay slab joining as a consultant. My joining date is nearing, and I’m thinking to defer the offer for now, Try again after few months once I complete 4 years. What do you guys suggest? Domain: SAP EWM consultant. There’s this chap on GV who posted that they haven’t received any calls for the past 3 months. Has 2.5 years experience with a current ctc around 15L. We spoke to them only to realise their expectations are 32L (26 fixed and 6 in esops) In a market flooded with resumes due to unfortunate situations, is it fair to have such an expectation and at the same time, call out on GV that they haven’t been getting calls for an interview?

I have given the 2nd round of interview for Amex which is supposedly last one i guess.. it's been a week now there's no update.. once tried reaching hr through text she didn't respond not picked up the call.. should i take this as no? Is it fair to assume that she saw the text and obviously would have recognised me being the candidate, thus it's implicitly a no? In a limbo due to this as another discussion is in final stages🤐🤐
