Hello All..I have been a consultant for the last 9+ years working on the same industry tool. Recently the tool got migrated and all our IT experience has become meaningless . Having a difficult time looking for projects and not getting any calls. I am absolutely fine with reskilling/upskilling and I even started learning and acquiring the certifications.The problem is that we need to have some hands-on experience in the new technologies along with certifications and then only we can get any project.

Hi I have relevant experience in a software application however I wanted to upgrade myself with a latest application as many others in my team. I phased up a lot of wait time and finally a no and have to forcefully leave the company now. I lost all my confidence and in a dilemma now of where and how can I pickup to crack a job and start performing. I had no career or educational gap Please Can anyone advise me

Hi everyone, A bit about me: I'm a 25-year-old female with a CTC of 4.5 LPA and around 2 years of experience. I was forced to resign from my first company, and currently, I don't have any job offers. Job hunting has been very challenging for me. Due to my negative first experience, I'm scared and skeptical about joining another company. Additionally, I don't expect a significant salary hike with a switch right now. I seek advice on pursuing a master's degree. Should I prepare for it? Is it worth it? Will it lead to a better package? I'm really confused between pursuing a master's and looking for another job. Any help, advice, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

So I’m trying to switch. Apparently my resume is not getting any responses. Possible reason : I’m not skilled enough. Since past two weeks I have started up skilling myself by doing DSA and reading different articles. (Obv this is along with a full time job) The dilemma is I cant decide if I should resign and properly prepare for the interviews or should I continue as I’m doing right now. Because there lots to learn and the time I’m dedicating is not enough. Ps: I’m a non IT guy with ~2 YOE trying to learn and adapt to IT world and new tech stacks. Any constructive suggestions would be really appreciated.

Hi guys, I have recently last week got benched in Accenture as my project completed, and most of the team members are now in same situation of waiting for next project. I am a senior software engineer with 6 + yoe mainly into backend (java and golang tech stack). I am currently serving my notice period with no offer in hand.(my last day is April 30) I have applied and given interviews to almost 12 companies and failed after clearing 2 or 3 rounds. I feel that I am losing confidence in my skills when I face such rejection even though I shouldn't. I feel like whatever answer I give during interviews is wrong and I constantly try to lookup the internet in the middle of interviews in fear of getting rejected. Even though I know things very well I try to validate it and then mug up whatever is written on the internet and whenever a new question is asked which I haven't seen earlier where I would be required to think , i blank out. This has never happened to me earlier.. I need some advice on how do I keep confidence in my skill and start solving things on my own.
