Myntra interview messed up

So, I fucked up an interview real bad 2 days ago, and my mind is unable to process it and cannot forget about it. Don't know why I am feeling worthless from inside and feeling like this was my last interview. Maybe it's because of close to 40% hike I was getting on my fixed part. The results will be out by tomorrow and I am not gonna make it, I am pretty sure. I know life has something good in store for me and I am not seeing the future, almighty has seen it and he's simply driving me towards the path I am made for. But, how do I process it?

Today was my interview I know the things but due to stress I messed it up. 😔

So as I am constantly looking for entry level product roles and preparing for GRE together, i somehow received call from Zomato's hiring team yesterday that my interview is scheduled at 11 am today for ZAAP ( Zomato associate accelerator program) . I joined the interview via google meet , the role was based on customer experience aka customer delight where if you will perform well you can get to join other roles such as program management , growth etc. after 8-10 month or an year , there were some hypothetical situations that interviewer given to us while dealing with customers and instead of focusing on how should I present myself in front of customers, deal with them etc , i started giving the solutions for improving the products that would reduce the customer complaints and took some guesstimates into consideration, although my solution was unique where I also added that how apart from refund or replacement for their orders if they are disappointed, we could also provide reimbursement to them via giving coupon codes of blinkit where they could order ready to eat snacks instead of missing order if time was actually a constraint for them but i realised that at the end They were looking for my communication and grammar which is good but i didn't focus much on that instead of solving the problem in a whole product management consulting way , to to them

Which company did you have the worst interview experience with?

Today only I had my Managerial round with Trufan for the SDE role. Obviously I got rejected. Neither because I was technically bad because I was dominating the interview. But that's not the bad that happens with me today. Maybe with that I will overcome this within 1-2 days. But actually what I lost due to this rejection . This rejection hit me a self doubt and due to this i have to submit a assignment for another organisation the assignment was almost complete just final touches remaining, but I didn't submit that. Then I had to deliver 2 YouTube videos for 2 clients didn't submit that and obviously lost the hope because in the last 3-4 months I gave more than 10-15 interviews but still no job. This is the maximum that I have lost due to a rejection. And there is o compensation on this from neither side. Neither from industry not from company. Now I am losing this marathon. If I don't get a job sooner will leave this and will open a chai ka thela.

Today, I had an interview for a job as a software developer. The person interviewing me started by asking if I could speak Hindi. I told him I could understand it but wasn't good at talking because I'm from South India. He gave me a mean smile, which made me feel really unsure of myself right away. 😔 We went on with the interview. He asked a question that was kind of a design question, and when I tried to answer, he didn't really listen. Even when I asked him some questions, he didn't give a good answer. He was busy with his phone, and it seemed like he wanted to say no to me. I'm feeling pretty down about it. 😞 I don't get why he acted like that, but now I feel dumb after doing the interview.

I'm freaking out rn. I had an interview with at 2 today and no interviewer had joined the call for 30+mins. Followed up with the recruiter and scheduler over email and WhatsApp messages him too. Not sure what else I can do? I'm sleep deprived as I work the night shift and I hate where I'm working. This is the worst. I really thought I had a chance even though it was so off my reach;-;

I recently left a good company to join a startup. Now after joining I come to know they have working Saturdays and in 2 weeks I'm already burnt out. There is literally no process to do things and in my first feature their psycho tech lead had mood swings and asked me to refractor the code 3 times based on his mood swings. The signs are really bad and I don't want to stay here anymore. Is the tech hiring picking up? I'm prepared to sit for a couple of months without a job as well tbh. But if the market is too bad then that may be a worse step than staying here. Regretting the switch.

Graduated from a Tier 1 MBA, got into a rando role very early on during placement (think Day0). Totally messed up job change during covid (pay reduction), and suffered more with family issues. I am probably earning a lot lesser than my average batchmate, and not at a good designation (or skills) either. Trying to get back on track with my career via consulting or Category role in startups. Need advice on how to get there. Getting rejected by most consulting cos (even big4) and startups on online portals while applying.

I'm 24 year old unemployed. I graduated in 2021 with BTech IT from tier 3 college. Initially I was preparing for UPSC exam but I gave up after few months and now for a year I have been learning Front End Development and have learnt HTML, CSS, JS & ReactJS but unable to find a job. I made a lot of mistakes in past and didn't learned from them. I'm not good at anything. I apply daily at different platforms ex: wellfound (formerly angellist), hirist, hirect, instahyre, cutshort, individual mass hiring companies off campus but from nowhere I'm getting interview call even if I get call I'm not able to clear interview. Now the thing is my parents gave me ultimatun to get out of the house by April 1st they don't care what type of job I do. I don't understand what can I do now. I'm willing to do hardwork and learn from my mistakes I just need little guidance to get on a track. If anyone can guide me on how to get a job or any advice. I would really appreciate it.
