I think if it is urgent, maybe he should take help from some of his friends and give it to his family. 
  
 Instead of slogging 10-5 PM to earn 10k/month, he can use that time to work on his development skills and build a portfolio. Once he gets an internship or a job, it wouldn't be an issue for him to pay back 40k to his friends.

Any decent company will easily pay at least 20-30k per month even in an internship.

I have been working as a Software Engineer for one year and eight months, having joined a unicorn e-commerce company right after completing my engineering degree. My technical expertise lies in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS, focusing on backend development. Currently, I am facing a high level of toxicity in my organization and am considering a switch. Despite not having any job offers yet, the heavy workload in my current role is hindering my preparation for job interviews. This situation is leading me to consider resigning first to adequately prepare for a transition. However, I am uncertain and confused about the prudence of resigning without a confirmed job offer. 

Community please suggest what I should do ?

I am Fresher completing college in 2022, non engg, Went through a full Stack web dev course in MERN stack from a popular coding bootcamp. Now have around 6 months experience as a freelancer in product based startups. Currently earning around 35-40k per month remotely with actively looking for Full Time opportunities with atleast 5-6LPA. Looking at current market conditions it's becoming very difficult to get it. 

I did get few offers all around 3.5LPA. Last year my peers were getting 6-7LPA easily with my skills and background as fresher.

Any suggestions from your side. Also if anyone hiring with my skill sets please let me know.

One of my neighbour is 51yr old, has 2 kids (7 and 10yr old) and wife to take care of. He lives in Chandapura, Bengaluru. He was a gym trainer and had his own gym and due to COVID, gyms were shut and he lost all his income sources. He understands broken English and has no educational qualification, so at this age he is unable to get any job. These 3yrs he did few small jobs and was able to take care of family, but now all income streams are shut and has loads of borrowed money to return and don't have money for even everyday food. In a few days he will be asked to vacate home because he hasn't paid rent and he has no place to go.

Can anyone here please help this family? He just need a job which atleast gives him 20-25k to take care of family, rent and food expenses. 

P.S : he don't have any vehicle. Otherwise he would have started Zomato/swiggy or any such jobs.

I worked hard to get home loan and paying it on time but had a few important things to do and due to that I had a debt of few lakhs ! Now in a bad situation though if I get time I will be able to repay all of them. Lenders are not ready to give time. Me and my wife are 30 years old software engineer with no kids. Draw 7 lac a month please some yearly bonus. We invest 2 lac a month combined into equity market through mutual funds. 

Expenses: 1.5 lac a month including everything, lives in Bangalore in good society, owns a car, don't thing much before spending. 

Still after everything left with 3 lakhs every month in bank account. Not sure how to use that. We both don't have any fancy "shauk" where we can spend and hence don't have an urge to earn more.

I asked CTO and CPO and they said CEO wants me to do automation for sometime.

1. Ran away from school(7th grade) under the pretext of a stranger helping me coach for cricket. Wanted to make my parents proud and ended up being kidnapped/child laboured for 1.5 years
2. Somehow completed schooling(hated school)
3. Completed my college ( Mass comm )with a year back but had a lot of fun to compensate for my school and then did odd customer service jobs.
4. Got caught in a fake legal case with case still in trial .
5. Have been trying to just compete with life post that and follow wherever my father could help me fit in. Did a contracter(construction) job,a restaurant and everything tanked. 
6.Great with people,no ego about the nature of work and am super eager to learn- I just don’t know where to start. 

I come from a decent family with some financial backing but have gained no computer skills so to say! 
Open to do my own thing or work as an employee.

He completed his mba did his job for 1 year and realised he is not a good fit for a Sales job .
