Need advice in adding work experience.

Guys, I graduated in 2020. Started software engg job in 2021 April. Due to covid the joining date got delayed. I needed money so I started a informal company/ vendor and I built a team of 5-10 people and used to provide educational material to unacademy like mcq and subjective question papers of 6-12 th class. I got fired from apna last month. Should I include this experience in my updated resume?

2020-2021 : above mentioned work 2021-2022: Service based company 2022-2023 sept: apna

Question:

1. This work experience is not related to soft engg at all. So how does engg managers/hiring managers/recruiters see this thing?
2. I am thinking this experience can show I tried something different and had an experience of managing people little bit. I am afraid on how hr/ senior software enggs would react to that in screening call.

Please guide. Looking for ans from senior devs/hrs/ Ems.
