Need help in data analytics

I have been applying for data analyst and junior data scientists role for the last 3 months but not getting enough response. I apply for more than 20+ jobs on daily basis lekin tab bhi kuch nhi ho rha hai. I have built 2 project on ML, 1 on NLP and 3-4 good project on data analytics. I graduated in May 2023 then I decided to learn Data science ( uske pehle bhi college me 3-4 mahine thoda padha tha) now I have so many doubts regarding my career and rejection - Just because I'm fresher that's why they are not choosing me ?? - I'm from non-tech ( Bsc) .. isiliye - or current job market hi accha nhi hai Ab to kabhi kabhi apne decision pr regret bhi hota hai. To solve the experience issue I have decided to do a decent marketing job (only for 6-7months) so that I can show it in my CV aur kuch savings bhi kr lu. Please guide me if you guys have any advice for me. Thanks.

I have been trying to change jobs but given my jack of all trades resume, I am not getting any calls for past few years. I am finance guy with good data visualization skills but not from tech background. Any suggestions much appreciated

I'm a data analyst with 3+ YOE and want to connect with fellow analysts to know more about what kind of work they do and skills they use daily. I've been a part of the AIM community but it's full of spams usually. Anything else apart from it? In my last job I felt like I haven't grown at all in terms of skills. I'm currently giving interviews for SBA/LBA roles but not able to ace them. Also it would be helpful if someone could share some resources to practice the analytics case study questions. Thanks!

Rejected BPO offer from TCS and TechM back in 2017. Sitting for six years at home. Prepared for CAT, XAT , IIFT, SNAP, TISS, XGMT, SRCC, NMAT, CMAT. Didn't secure a good percentile. Stopped preparing for MBA entrances and started preparing for govt exams. Still not able to clear any. B.com grad with accounting hon. No int in CA/CS. Zero experience at anything. Currently depressed to a point that I have no energy doing anything. Need help.

Hey Viners, how do we tackle Monotony in an Ops role where we have to do the same thing again and again and there is no real work and growth . I feel kinda numb by it and creativity takes a hit . How do we tackle the depression arising from a very boring and montonous work ? Please advise, Job market down so finding other job openings became very hard !! How do we escape from this Mind Numbing Ops work and transition to something better like Engineering, Analytics etc.

I have a Liberal Arts background with my focus always in Social Impact. Recently, I did a management degree and pivoted into a generalist role - working at a social enterprise as part of the CEO's Office. Unfortunately, I am not getting any analytical work or a single chance to play around with data. But I want to do so, and desperately. What kind of resources will you recommend me to get better with data analytics? I have already zeroed on doing an Advanced Excel Certificate (as revision), also keen on doing Six Sigma Certification from LinkedIn (just to better my basics and start thinking analytically).

Hey community, I'm a Fresher just graduated from a reputed NIT in May, and I've been laid off because of "management reasons" from a reputed MNC. My role therein was of an ML Engineer. I have about 5 months of experience and I'm looking for a role in data analytics or something similar. I'm currently in Bengaluru but I'm open to relocate anywhere. If there is anything that can be done to help me please please let me know. I'm new to the tech industry and I really am lacking a mentor. My pay at the previous company was about 11.5 lpa. I’m currently working at a B2B SaaS company as a PM. I have a great interest in analytics but not getting enough exposure here and my role has just got so redundant and more like project manager. It’s been really difficult in the last couple of months as growth seem to have stopped and I am really scared about my career. Experience - 1 Year Current Comp - ~17LPA fixed with some Esops Should I consider switching to analytics ( I am confident about my skills which will get me something in analytics ) given my current situation or try to get another good role in PM to which the market has been really cruel lately. Need some advice!!

Hey guys, I'm stuck in an MNC currently without any real world project for almost half an year now. I've been building projects on my own and looking for a switch. Since, situation in the market is a little tight, I'm hardly finding any non internship opportunities for freshers. Kindly let me know of any sources or any suggestions on how to move on from here. Seeing my friends getting fired from FAANG co. and still not get any other offer makes me more disheartened. Please help.
