I am an intermediate dev so a lot of the things I will be doing, I’ll learn on the way but I want to make a good choice on the tech stack cause that cant be changed later on.

I'm working on a fintech B2C idea and need some advice. It's quite a complex idea, in a regulated industry (of course). I'm fairly good at developing apps (self taught web and mobile app dev) and currently working alone on this. I'm planning to use Flutter and GO to create the MVP. I'm experienced in Flutter but have no idea about GO. Currently working remotely (not enough savings to work on the idea full time). Need some suggestions on:

1. Should I learn GO or use ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot?

2. Since it's a fintech product (a highly regulated industry), how scrappy can I be regarding building and launching the MVP asap?

3. I've not worked in fintech, although I was a co-founder before (failed startup). Should I rather focus on building and launching the product by doing it all myself or take some time into looking for a co-founder?

4. I know that this is something that just cannot be bootstrapped (navigating in the grey areas of regulations, lobbying etc). Should I just put my head down and hustle it out till product launch or do I start looking to raise capital? Any angels or VCs that will actually fund an idea (especially in these times)?

Just looking to make better decisions by getting some opinions/suggestions/advice!

Need Suggestions/Advice

I have full stack development experience and I still code. I work with a product company on healthcare domain.

I want to build something solo as a side hustle. And with the tech knowledge I have acquired, I am 100% confident I can build it. I’ve already gathered some mobile app/platform ideas and have been working on a few of them. Doing some research as well.

The thing I lack is a strategy and direction to reach prospective users. I have no idea about how startups operate. I have never been into freelancing either. I know nothing about regulations and law. I have only a limited knowledge about investment.

My short term plan is to finish building some MVP features of the apps and publish them to Playstore/AppStore. (I’m sorry, I do not wish to reveal the ideas now)

How to reach users 0-1, 1-10 and 10-100?
How should I plan financially?

Isn’t it possible to go solo? I have someone in the US who has agreed to help me in coding. But he has only 2 years of experience. One advantage is he can give me US insights. I don’t want to induct more members as no one is ready for commitment. Or people just back out even after committing to it.

Btw, I am not active on social media. My network in the internet world with people isn’t great.

I’m seeking advice from you guys on areas that I need to consider to make my app/platform grow. All this, is going to be side hustle.

As a non technical founder, i can go as far as prototyping an app on figma, or make detailed wireframes of what I want the app to be. Right now, after months of brainstorming and research, I would say I have a pretty good idea of what i want the app to be and what the functions of the app are. But I'm new to the startup world, and I'm at a stage where I'm supposed to choose one of the three options with their own pros and cons:
1. Find a technical cofounder for full stack development.
         It's very difficult to find someone with the same mindset and vision as me, but if I do, then this can be the best solution out of the three.

2. Learn either front end or back end or both.
         It's very time consuming especially when I'm in my final year of my bachelor's and doesn't really make sense (as advised by another founder of a pretty big startup)

3. Outsourcing dev.
        Lack of funding, IP issues, and communication gaps. 

It would be great if someone who's already in the startup world to guide me with this or give me advise on what next step for me would be the most beneficial.

How advisable is it to outsource full stack development if you're a solo founder?

I’ve been wanting to build something on my own, I have built and hosted a few apps. But I couldn’t scale as much as I would have liked. I have contemplated on running a startup but I don’t have any trusted team member to support me.

Building software apps is my passion. I want take benefit of my passion to make money. Is freelancing a good option to do so?

Share your experiences, if any. Would love to hear ideas on how I can convert my passion of building apps (both web app & mobile app) to make money.

Is freelancing an option to make money?

I'm trying to get back at coding and is unable to decide between the following:

- Backend (Springboot - have tried a basic application to build crud APIs)
- Android Dev (native, have built few very basic apps using Java and published them)
- Web Full stack (have some experience with ERN as of now)


I'm unable to choose which one to focus on and not being able to take a decision is just resulting in procrastination. I know it would be better to just jump into something and go with the flow, but I'm unable to. 

Please help me out folks! 

I'm currently in a non coding role because of choice, but have always loved development and used to do it until I started working full-time (still tried a few things on the side). 

Haven't really figured out what's next, but if it works out, I would switch to an engineering role (either internally or to a new company)

Users can perform actions on the webpage. Imagine interacting with screens and they would just be images, I'd write the other custom logics.

[TLDR: Should I start learning web3 stuff and ditch the Android path, please read my 3 questions below(at the bottom) to answer my doubts ]

I am currently a 2nd year student in 3rd semester, in my 1st year I explored a bunch of domains like web development, front-end stuff, cyber security like Metasploit, app development, cloud(Aws)

I decided to stick to app development and learned Flutter and in 4 months of learning and side-by-side project building I landed my first remote internship(India only) and it will end this coming November around the 10th or so, 

I have figured out I don't like the front end at all and now I don't see myself as an app dev because I don't enjoy working on this 

I am thinking of switching to web3 tech stack which has things like working on eth, and Solana blockchains etc., this field piques my interest on a philosophical level which is one my prime motivators for all the actions I take related to my career besides money

Here are my questions (senior people also please bestow me your wisdom) 

1) I learned Flutter which is relatively easy to other frameworks in 4 months and got an internship, is my speed good? I was a commerce student in school with basically no coding knowledge  before college and I have heard you need to adapt fast, do you think this is good enough or I should improve in this area

2) Should I start learning web3 and ditch the app dev path, I am thinking of committing to web3 for these 2 coming years because I will graduate in 2026, and my college has no placement, I have learned solidity for now.

3) If I stick to web3 for a few years and become proficient at it, will it affect the money in my career because by 2 years I will have huge family responsibilities

A friend and I have identified a niche requirement for finance functions of listed Indian entities. We would need to build a tech platform which allows our clients to create some kind of a public web page, the contents of which would be managed and controlled by our back end. A SaaS / CRM solution.

Since we come from core finance backgrounds with primitive tech knowledge, please can you guide on:

- Would it be feasible to outsource the development of this software to an outside agency 
- What kind of employees would be need to hire once the platform is ready - they would need to troubleshoot, build on new features etc.
- What would the cost of development be? We are looking to self fund this venture and achieve some scale before seeking funding if required. 
- Any resources to read up to get better idea of tech? I have zero idea of languages, codes, platforms etc.
