Questions 1. Do companies ask for offer lettera from other companies, to show internally and match t he offers. Or we can mask the company name and then send a screenshot of another offer? 2. Suggest a strategy to up the offer.
In my case, I verbally first told about the offer I already hold and based on that HR offered me a number. At the end, HR asked me to mail them the other offer letter for their reference
