How should I negotiate a 2nd offer?

I have offer at hand, and got selected in 2nd company but there is a salary fitment round. 2nd company is asking me for

salary slips
offer letter
UAN card
PF passbook Should I give it to them? How should I negotiate now? Any trick you guys know?
