New in Bangalore!

I am planning to move to Bangalore this month. Should I rent a flat out from nobroker or should I stay in a PG for a few months. What would be ideal? My office is in bellandur any help/suggestion is welcomed. TIA.

I am moving in banglore and will be earning plenty, around 1.6 lakhs per month. But some friends are suggesting me to book a pg for some days until you find the perfect apartment with good flatmates. I don't want to live alone in 1bhk flat. It will be my first time on a onsite job. Please guide me how can I mange this. Company is giving me first 2 weeks of hotel stay

I joined a new team in my company which is located at banglore. My company is located at Bellandur. Need advice like, Where can I find a good PG to stay in initially. And then which is nearest place with good 2bhk homes in affordable price.

I will be moving to Bangalore soon for job. This is my first time ever moving out. I am thinking of getting my self PG. Any suggestions what should I keep in mind while looking for one ? I am moving to BLR next month. I want to have some advice from people already livin there. I will be working near Indiranagar and am in the middle of figuring out the best place to stay. I am confused regarding both the area and kind of stay. Kind of stays: CoLive/PGs or 1RK/1BHK Area: Near Indiranagar, Domlur, Embassy Golf View or areas which come near Purple Line i.e. Kadugodi, HopeFarm, Hoodi, Kundalahalli, SeetharamPalya. Would really appreciate it if you could give suggestions, provide any sort of leads or even share your experience.

The office is in Mahadevapura(Bagmane Tech park) 1) What are some good localities nearby where I could find apartments in a gated society? 2) What is the best means to find a flat? (NoBroker, MagicBricks or brokers or a literal house hunt on foot) 3) Do the brokers charge brokerage every year for renewal of rental agreement?(as is the case in Pune) Anything else to keep in mind?
