Also, try lifting or working out in the refractory period. All of these quirks are applicable to sex as well. But atleast that is meaningful in the context of your relationship. The only reason i can find nofap worthy is that it rewires your body on how you get aroused. Most of us have watched porn and mostly our mind revolves around porn ( non realistic sex) while masturbating and that is quite different from real sex. So nofap kind of rewires your brain. This is what i think nofap is for. May be i am wrong. But anybody can do nofap for 90 days and can see what results they get.
