Not Losing weight
I lost weight around 10 Kgs for six months on a balanced diet. I maintain the same diet but I have stopped losing weight for almost a year now. Are there any tips to lose weight?
After having lost weight u shd recalculate your calories intake as per the new weight. If you continue having same calories won’t help much.
Also pls include some exercises/physical activity if not already done.

It is weight loss stuck, do Start focusing on weight training other than you are doing right now ..add on new mobility exercises ..change in some diet what you were doing.
