No dietician. I ate low carb, high protein and high fiber diet. I ate parboiled rice half cup. For protein daily chicken or egg and for fibre I ate kiwi, pineapple, papaya, bell pepper and other veg. I avoided banana and mangoes.
I also reduced outside food intake from 3 days a week to 3 days a month.
For excersize, I live in gated community with a pool so I started doing swimming. If it's cold, I do walking.
I also started walking inside the house more.
Also hot lemon water in empty stomach in morning helps.
