I am having 6 years 6 months of experience  and having offer from CGI of 19LPA( 2% variable and 3%share) and from Capgemini of 21LPA ( 10% variable) , which is the best option...??

I have experience of around 3.5 years. I am working in capgemini currently and I’m serving notice period. Currently I’m getting 6.2 (fixed) + 30k (variable) and is my 2nd company.

I’m location bounded currently and I can only work from noida. Shall I join accenture or should I look for another offer for better salary.

Guys,
I have 8 years of IT experience out of which , 2.5 in azure. I got a call from Capegemni HR , saying there's an azure opening, asked for my current and expected CTC. I said the current is 7 LPA and expected is 20 LPA. It's a hybrid role with 3 days working from the office. She said it is not possible, Max they can give is 10-13. I am in Kerala,and have a baby under 1. I have to relocate if I get it. I don't think it is fair salary.

Is it ok if we don't tell when they're asking for our current salary based on which they will give max 100% if we perform exceptionally in the interview.

Or how can I deal this?

I have an offer for Cybage Pune and Capgemini Pune.
The thing is Capgemini is giving me 1.5 LPA more than Cybage. I have heard about Capgemini but not about Cybage. Anyone please suggest.

Got an offer from Capgemini with 16 lpa and 1 lac joining bonus. How much would be my in-hand salary per month? Also HR mentioned I would be given C1 grade. What are the different grades and their levels in Capgemini? Worried about rumours on no annual hikes and learning opportunities.. -35lpa: all fixed, (it feels can go upto 36) 
-Service based but hiring for good client who is there from last more than 5 years and will be there for another atleast 5 years according to them 
-25 years old company
-1300 employees 

Inito(product based startup): 
30 + 2(esops over 4 years, so we can assume 30.5) 
-This got started in 2015 but still having only around 110 employees 
-Out of 110, 32 from IITs...so good people are there

I got an offer of 11.78 lpa from infy my current company i.e capg wants to retain me with the same and also will shift me to the kind of project I want. I have around 3 y.o.e what should I do here as capg is my first company.

Got selected for react role in service based  company.
The hr said he will be rolling out the offer 

Already have an offer Capgemini 8lpa
Another offer from startup 7.8lpa
Photon  maximum 8lpa they can give 

 if I don't join photon after accepting offer letter they said to pay 10% of offered CTC. Is it normal? also said me to forward the Capgemini and startup company offer letter to them.
Current role in tcs: process associate and designation is bpo2. Offered roles are developer.

They are offering 20LPA fixed.
I have total 6 years of IT experience.
Is it good one? Should I join genpact?

I'm interviewing Capgemini and my first interview was in mid July and cleared the first round with very positive feedback.

Next, they scheduled the 2nd round of technical interview directly with Clients and I have cleared that too with very positive feedback as HR informed me.

Next, the HR round happened and they are giving little less than what I asked for.

1) Is Capgemini a good company to join in this current market?
2) They are giving a 30% increase only on the current CTC, is it good?

YOE : 6 Years
Switch : 3rd Switch 

Capgemini: Will give 30k re-location and 30% increment & 3 days mandatory office.

Current Company: very much flexibility with WFO(atleast as of now), working on a good project but no much WLB, have to work on weekend too sometimes.

Is Capgemini a good company to join during this market uncertainty?

Deciding between offers

My current Salary at TCS is 10 LPA and 4 years 1 month experience as Java Spring boot Developer. How much can I ask from Capgemini ?

I already have an offer with 70% hike and I am getting 30 to 40% more hike as a counter from different organisations.
I would like to know if it is good to accept a counter offer?
Because the first organisation was waiting for the last 3 months for me and I am not getting how to say no all of a sudden for joining.
Should I reject a counter offer?
