It'll be a bit lesser, nearly 76-78k in hand after taxes, also depends how much the bonus is at the end of the year.

For 10.8 LPA fixed, In hand would be between 78K to 82 K per month.

Hello All,

I'm about to get an offer from infosys soon, they offered me 8.5 Lpa which includes 90% fixed and 10% variable. My question is how much I can expect monthly inhand after all deductions. If someone knows pls help me out.

Infosys Offer

I have 3 YOE and looking for a switch, Infosys is offering 10 LPA with level 4 designation, is it good?

Also, I’m not sure about the levels in Infosys. Can someone help me out?
