What’s the usual age at first job of fresher APM?

22 seems early, no? Would start at 12 as well but then increment 2L approx depending on age compared to other freshers

Why are companies even hiring freshers as PMs? Someone who has not written a single line of production code, lead teams, created product roadmaps.... is hired to do these?
