While you work in your current role, don't overdo the hard-work part at job, and save some time and energy to constantly keep studying and learning courses and skills towards your next level role.

Don’t ask generic advise from people with a certain pay package. Won’t help you now, won’t help you ever. Learn a skill and find a job where you can work really hard. Beyond that anything anyone says is devoid of your context.
