Freshers these days are getting 20LPA offer or even more. What makes it difficult for someone having more experience say around 2-4 years to get such offers? What does companies find in a fresher of worth 20 30LPA? Is DSA and leetcoding the only way up? For someone in witch company to get 40 50 lpa offer.
