How is the demand and opportunity for Cyber Security Experts? How is Cyber Security as a career in the India IT Market?
Pretty lucrative at the moment. However it also depends what focus area you’re targeting. Product Security is hit right now with product based companies, consultancies mostly hire pentesters/red teamers/ or GRC professionals. Defensive security is also quite in demand. At the end of the day it all depends on your skills but yeah cybersecurity is in demand. There is a huge talent gap in the market, not just India but globally.
