I would recommend to ask specifics, to get specific answers for you to get started.

- Record UTM parameters, and store them with the lead
- Ensure conversion tracking is working correctly, and data is being reported back to the platforms

1) Have you ever tried marketing for an app (ecommerce)? Do app install campaigns work or is targeting an absolute must (I see Google at least does not allow targeting)
2) Have you built comfort with automated targeting/extended audiences/or automated placements etc? Or you ensure everything is manual?

1. Do not trust the numbers blindly, they often don't make sense and are inflated.
2. In-house resources are okay for initial work, later on you can get agencies. But be very careful with agencies, only go for those that come through referrals. Many of them fake their numbers and case studies.
