Planning to switch - need recommendations on campanies with good work-life balance and work culture

I've been working in operations in an e-commerce company for the last 2 years. Work has been very hectic (7am to 9pm) and I don't get any personal leisure time. Hence, planning to switch. Looking for org recommendations with a good work life balance (Industries - operations, supply chain or category)
