Recently gave amazon interviews for theirs ads team. My DSA round with LP went good and the lld and hld round also went fine as i was able to come up design in HLD covering metric’s monitoring and fail safe and in LLD i was able to cover p0 and p1 requirements. Got rejection after 4 days and recruiter said HLD and LLD rounds were not upto the mark.
Folks i wanted to check where did i made mistake?
I checked with interviewer also if he/she is fine with what i was suggesting and they were okay with it

Hi guys, I have been into development for almost 5+ yrs but had never been into DSA Preparation. As after such time I have been trying to learn DSa thoroughly but the topics seems very difficult some time or I forgot things had to visit again and again. These things making it very difficult to maintain consistency and regularity in learning. At times it feels to leave the thought of applying at faang. Have any solutions or similar issues?.

Its been difficult to stay on track for DSA!!

Planning to start prepration for switching to other companies for SDE2, have around 3 yrs of experience now totally.
What should I focus on more?
I am pretty okay in DSA, but still will start from scratch. Any resources or roadmap that can help for SDE2 roles in companies like Microsoft, Google, Walmart or Atlassian, etc. 
Current compensation is 20lpa, looking for around 35lpa in switch.
Any resources or roadmap or your experience will be very helpful, thanks.
P.S. - Will be switching next year after appraisal, just gonna start preparing now.

Hi, I'm a software engineer with close to 6 YOE. This is my second company and I feel pretty stagnant here working for 3 years and see no growth. I've started preparing. I have close to 3.5 YOE as a software engineer. I am thinking of starting to prepare for interviews. Before joining my current org, I  was a good/average coder on CP platforms. I want to restart this again, but am overwhelmed with 100s of resources. I want to start CP, frontend, backend and system design. Are there any resources which you have used while preparing for SDE2 interviews. Even if you have resources for one of the above topics, please add in the comments as it might help someone. seriously what's stopping ??I see many recruiter messaging me , on working on some new domain areas , sometimes i found description of role very lucrative, but then I see amazon comp on top of that its culture, yuck with reputation.Why such a top company with so much earning , cannot care about its employees , why cannot they take proper decisions . I am pretty sure , the strategy team can see attrition data. So why cannot they take action , fix the comp and culture. why so much love with this leadership principles. I am not scared of pip if i joined amazon , but the culture scares me.
