Freelancing / moonlighting is usually forbidden when you are working for these biggies. They consider such act as just distractions to your full time job. These policies are seldom outlined in the policy hubs. As much as your availability for the full time job is not affected, you are 50% in safe place. 
Another way around is your freelance gig should be completely different than what you are doing as a part your full time job. 
Eg. You are a Java backend developer but, your freelance gig is to do video editing.

I have offer from Accenture but I have one year old twins baby, so is the Accenture provide me WFH facility or transfer to nagpur location where my family is leaving.

I talked with my HR she told me after getting project it depends on the project.

So please anybody help me what are the flexibility with Accenture woman employee.

As in my current organisation "TCS" I got 6 month maternity leave and 6 month WFH but now they are not providing WFH so I want to switch and looking for other job.

Hey folks, wanted to understand a couple of things from experienced folks here -

1. What does freelance consulting look like?
2. How to start working in freelance consulting(shadowing/independent projects for free/volunteering etc.)?
3. Are there any hard barriers to entry(YoE, MBA, T1 grad for example)?
4. What platforms should one use to obtain projects that pay decently well - 2-3 hours daily leading to ~30k earnings monthly? If this is an unrealistic expectation, how does the payscale build over time?
5. Any other insights/comments that would affect the decision to work on freelance consulting.

I got a summer internship at Accenture as an Advanced App Engineering Analyst, started yesterday. There are good chances of PPO post the internship and if I get the PPO then my college does not allow me to sit for placements with the exception of very few companies, which would have the most competition. I really want to get into a product-based company for a full-time role. I applied to Accenture since it was a summer internship. 

So, considering the worst-case scenario where I join Accenture as an FTE with no other options, how hard is it to switch to a product-based company? I'm a good learner so I can learn the required skills and already have some unofficial experience with web development and did good on ML and DL courses of my college with good projects to showcase my skills in them.
