That’s money down the toilet. Their customer service is a joke just like their overpriced raddi. Only saving grace is the design which might also be a rip off from designer brands.
₹3000 for a thin fabric shirt which only has different design and no service is a joke.
I ordered a shirt, it’s not as advertised, different design and they didn’t do anything about it. They just say it’s out of stock - no offer to refund or replace later.
If you want more proof they’re a joke, they shut down retail outlets. Can’t believe they fooled VCs into giving them money that too such a big amount.
