Rejected a KPMG Offer

My Work experience is around 6+ years and current CTC is 9 LPA Should I stay here or switch to another big-4 I am a mobile app developer working for a client location. Please suggest some valuable feedback.

I graduated in MSc Economics this year, and have been looking for analyst job since then, I got deferred from the company I was placed at. I have been struggling to get a single interview, although got one offer at 6lpa but rejected it. I only have 6 months of internship exp. I tried with referrals too but that didn't work either. Got my CV screened from some seniors. They say it's all good. So I really don't get why I am not even being considered for an interview?? Pls help so I can change my strategies!!

Recently, I interviewed with a US healthcare startup. I cleared and was offered 30lpa. 10% hike on my last CTC. I need to work in the Central Time zone. May even need to stretch since it's a startup. Good learning opportunity and ownership. Even before this, I got an offer for 38LPA from another healthcare startup from Chennai. Apparently I couldn't take up that offer because of relocation. After that whatever calls I got didn't have the budget or wanted me to completely relocate to Pune, Mumbai or Gurgaon. I am looking for something in Bangalore hybrid/wfo/remote. Some companies left the hiring process in the middle saying org restructuring. I got some offers to be VP or Co-founder with sole equity. The number of calls that I received last year comparatively are very high and that too from very good companies. I am clueless right now. Since, I am broke and feel helpless. I am not sure what to do now. Sometimes I lose confidence and feel low on what I lack... So, coming back to the question, how do you guys decide on offers?

Its been 3 months since I left my last company after completing 8 months of internship, I rejected the full time offer because I was exploited and work culture was very toxic, since then I applied to more than 100+ jobs online and hardly converted 5 interviews and got 1 offer for part time which is soon going to be revoked, assuming from the company's behaviour. At this point I have lost all the motivation to work, improve and apply for jobs I am tired and drowing in self doubt. It even kills me to see the people who are not skilled as I am are getting good jobs and salary. With all this my family is not so supportive and not a single day has passed where I didn't get into arguments with my parents.

I'll go first. I got a call for an APM role from one of the companies which did sound pretty sketchy and the recruiter was started bullying me into answering questions, when I asked to know more about the role. The recruiter was extremely unprofessional, and obviously the conversation was nowhere great. They however, did go ahead and sent me the JD and other links, etc to fill in and apply for the job. Mind you, I hadn't applied for the job. 🥲 It just was a pretty sour conversation which had left me in an uncertain situation. Any similar experiences?

I am a final year CS student and will be graduating this June. In my first and second year I used to code like 9 to 10 hours a day and learn new skills and thanks to that I was able to grep an internship in start of 6th sem and since then I am doing internships and its been 1.5 years and I have done 2 internships, one as an backend developer for 6 months and another as an ML Engineer for 10 months and I am still interning over here and I have learned a lot and have worked on many amazing projects, now the problem is my current company told that they will give me full time offer if they receive the funding in April or may and HR told me to consider this as no and now the CEO of my previous internship called me and asked me if I am willing to join there for full time and I told him I am waiting for the offer from here and he told me that he will try to match the offer but I don't want to join the older company as there the culture is toxic and I also don't have other offer to negotiate as I did not sit for on campus placement as I am getting paid more as an intern(50k per month) then the full time offers the companies are giving on campus. Now in 2 months I will be graduating and still I don't have full time offer and now I feel like all the sacrifices I made in my first and second year went in vain, all the hard work, consistency, missing parties and trips all these things now makes me sad, where did I went wrong and what should I do now?

I am working remotely at a SaaS company for 4+ years now. I started working since my final year of engineering. I joined here as a software engineering intern when the product was really new and booming. I have gotten bored of my work now, especially since I have been working from home all the time. I have very little social life. And I am getting fixed salary of about $1400 each month. I am thinking of switching to any Indian startup because I am not happy with my job being so monotonous and less pay at this level of experience. What should be the approach to crack the interviews? I have done DSA practice during my college days, but didn't crack any interviews with it. I am a full stack web developer but it doesn't excite me anymore and I want to stick to backend roles. And is it possible to crack an interview with for 30-40 LPA at this stage? Or do I have to climb up a salary ladder for a couple of years?

What is your Salary and YOE ? Are you satisfied with the progress you have achieved so far ?

I’m a final year student based out of India, and am currently doing the last month of my internship at a SF based startup. As the only DevOps engineer, and being quite skilled at at (at least according to myto YoE), I was getting paid around 2 LPA per month as a part time intern for the past 6 months. I recently got another 3 month internship offer from a foreign company, and I’m taking it since I don’t want to get stuck at remote job in India, and explore some abroad companies as well before I settle. Pay there is also quite good, but I don’t wish to take FTE there as I have to live in India only (family reasons, rural background, younger siblings and their study, etc.) Now when I finally start my job hunt in the final days of my winter internship, what should be the pay I expect from Indian / Remote companies? Considering I was getting paid a fair amount as mentioned above even in a part time role. Or was I overpaid and I should keep my expectations low or equal to it in a Full Time Role?
