I have 2 years of experience and I am looking forward to change my current company. I have experience in NLP (worked on all types of NLP tasks and models). Most of the companies/startups need forecasting and standard machine learning work (random forest, xgboost kinda stuff). What is the CTC of a Data Analyst after switching to big4 from a Service based company like infosys or tcs with 3.5 YOE and 6LPA CTC?

Current CTC is 25lpa. 6yrs of experience started as data analyst then as business Analyst. Have been working as machine learning engg for past 2 years in series c funded product based company. My work is mostly related to model scaling, maintainability and reproducibility.

Do you think, is lower, on par or more than market rate.
