Depends on how ur relation is with ur supervisor. If it’s good then please do the courtesy of calling him up and letting him know. Then u can drop the email

Hey guys, I am leaving this crap company and there is a 3 months notice, I have already served 6 weeks and till now the manager has not accepted my resignation.

I resigned without any offer and he said why do you need acceptance if you don't have offer.

He first said that he will relieve me early and that's why he didn't accept, because if he does then he won't be able to relieve me early.

But today he told me that it's not possible for him to relieve me early and I asked him to accept the resignation again. He said that they accept resignation on the last week and I won't be able to take any holiday if I accept the resignation.

I think he's full of sh*t, I'm scared that he may try to increase my notice if something happens, that's why he's not accepting, I don't know if he can legally do that.

Do I need to give any explanation as to why I need him to accept it, I don't trust this a**hole one bit. I need him to accept it, how do I do it and can he say no I won't accept.

resigned a week ago. My manager was okay with it, as I had already accepted another position. I didn't tell her this. But she was like, okay, I'll talk to my manager to figure out your replacement and last date.

It's been a week since. Haven't received any confirmation. My new job starts in 2 weeks. My manager says she doesn't know as she herself forwarded the request to her boss. She says it should be done by this week but my anxiety is through the roof. What should I do?

The company haven’t paid us 3-6months of salary saying that there’s a delay in raising VC funds. They also didn’t pay TDS and gave us Form 16 for ITR. 

I reached out to our client company where I worked briefly and they were happy to offer me a job there. I’m dangerously out of money in savings and it’s still uncertain in my current company about any funds. So I have given a early date to him because I really need their salary and joining bonus to survive actually. I thought I can immediately relieve from my current company as I don’t have finished projects and haven’t involve in new. But they are not responding to my calls and mail requesting for immediate resignation.

Hello,

So this is the first time that I am leaving a job because I have an offer in hand.

The offer letter has a joining 2 months from now because my current notice period is 2 months.

I am worried that if I sign it now and then go resign, my current company might create issues and say that due to some delay or something, my last working day will be a bit later than exactly 2 months and I won't be able to join the new company on the agreed upon date.

But I also don't want to resign before I have signed the new offer, so that the new offer is confirmed.

Do you have any advice for me?

Hi viners, I have resigned in April from tcs and have 40 days left but today I got a call from management and they are giving me ladoo on UK ka onsite and asking me if I consider. Although I clearly told them that people having more than 15 16 yoe are not getting an onsite opportunity how come I get ? Still they told me to consider. So viners community pls help me what should I do? I know it's onsite lolipop which is almost impossible but I'm still asking. It's a food for thought for me. Please give your suggestions. Previously I worked in Persistent Systems for 2 years. Recently my hr called me to share the screen and resign. They have given me 7 days time to submit laptop and all the assets, leave the company. I just want to understand can't we do anything if they asked to do force resign. Because I have been in this company for 2 years, past 6 months they started doing this for atleast 40 employees per month only from my branch Hyderabad . Now it has become per week because they don't have projects and lot of projects are going to end in few months and already few projects moved out because when I spoked with senior in the company they are saying projects signed for 5 year's contract has now not interested to move. I asked  why because of internal company politics, favouritism, fake and backdoor employees, over commitment due to these projects are not delivered in given deadline. How employees Will look for another oppurtunity in 7 days, also in my case when said to my recruiter that I am laid off they didn't schedule interview call then I changed my plan started saying them that I am having offer of A from x company going to join in next 15 days, then they shared scheduling interview. 
Won't there be any legal action we can take on employer as an employee in this cases.

Resignation without offer - good idea ?

I resigned from capgemini, first week of April and was planning to get an early release. Did my work with utmost sincerity but when I asked them that I won’t be able to work after this prticular date in May, the HR and the manager got so rude and started threatening.

I offered a buy back option but they’re not willing to accept that.

I don’t know how to get out of this shitty organisation but if I’m not able to leave on my desired date… I wanna make the remaining days hell for my manager and the HR

I wanna make them regret every second. 

I need some suggestions, what all things I can do?

I’m on a billable client project and my manager begged me to not tell the client about my resignation.


This 90 days NP is a trap guys. If they gonna fuck my opportunities, I wanna fuck them back.
