Does anyone have any idea how much are they offering to engineers? They've been poaching a lot of Hotstar people. How has the hike been over there?

I am looking to resign from my current job and hold multiple offers for Analytics role. I have primarily zeroed in on JioCinema for a Data Analyst/ Data Scientist role & Noon for an Assistant Manager - Analytics role. What can you tell me about the culture in these 2 companies. Looking for honest reviews only from current/ ex employees. I have offer from an upcoming fintech startup also but not considering due to toxic leaders there ( figured from the interview ). Please share some honest opinion.

hi folks any idea on how the culture is in erstwhile voot / viacom18 which is now jiocinema? heard it's changing but not exactly sure in which direction with the coming in of jio... some insight will be super useful

any folks where who have worked in jio cinema / voot digital ventures? one the one hand I have heard about the jio culture or lala-ness and fairly rough-around-the-edges, and also the voot's employee centric one. and now it seems ttey are getting a lot people from other companies etc. considering a position theee hence asking.

I've heard a few people complaining about Jio Cinema saying it's a typical lala place to work at but if you think about it, it can be a great opportunity to learn and a good place to add in your resume provided you work there for a long time. Literally every company has bad rep online be it blind, fishbowl, grapevine etc. What do you all think about this?

Hi All, I gave my first round of interviews. Answered all the questions and also completed the app which was half built... Was asked to show data in the recycler view. The only no was from me for a question that I know Jetpack compose or not. So has Jetpack Compose become a mandatory skill nowadays ? Seeking for feedback and open for suggestions. Thanks in advance.
