Ridiculous HR requirements during recruitment process!
Recently a HR of a product development/consulting company reached out to me for an opportunity. After the initial discussion about the role, he said he'll schedule the 1st tech round shortly. If I clear the tech round, then there will be a zoom call in which I will have to show them my bank statement for the last 6 months and they'll record it. Salary slips are not enough for them! Anybody else who has come across such ridiculous recruitment practices ?
