Every review that I see online, glass door or blind, or even in-person, claims that it’s not a good place to work at, with unrealistic expectations. Coupled with the fact that the Indian team is treated like second class citizens, with random layoffs happening throughout the year. “People just disappear” is what they say. However, they have one of the most toughest interview processes. They ask leetcode medium-hard questions to L8 EM candidates too, and look for nothing less than the very top layer of companies when sourcing. Chalta kaise hai dhanda?

Folks, need your help in knowing how is the culture at Rippling for, Work Culture - WLB - Mutual Respect - Office timings - Your Peers with whom you will work - Perks and Benefits Product Culture - Are PMs responsible for Product Discovery or just do Project Management for Engineers - Are PMs given Ownership to make a decision impacting business - India PMs value to their counterpart US Managers - Learning culture for PMs I know though I have asked many questions, but would appreciate honest answers on this and accordingly will like to take my judgement for their offer in Bangalore office for Product Lead Role. I went through glassdoor, ambition box and others and only found poor reviews for them but couldn’t find reviews specific to product so your experience sharing these details would help.

Daily I see some posts on some senior engineering people joining rippling. It may be some Senior engineer or Senior Manager. I heard they are paying almost US level salaries to people. Can some people from rippling confirm these ? - Is there really that much requirement ? - Are they really paying 1Cr above for staff and Em levels ? - Is the company generating good revenue? - Are they moving teams from US to india ? - Howiz the work culture in the company? Am just really curious about this organisation.

Have heard very negative feedback from ex employees in my circle. They just seem to be hiring and firing frequently.
