Is Rippling a genuine company? I saw a job posting in Bengaluru, but there are not many reviews on Glassdoor, Quora, or other platforms. Can anyone help me with a proper review of the company? Is it a good company, how is the work environment, and should I apply? Please help.

Every review that I see online, glass door or blind, or even in-person, claims that it’s not a good place to work at, with unrealistic expectations. Coupled with the fact that the Indian team is treated like second class citizens, with random layoffs happening throughout the year. “People just disappear” is what they say. However, they have one of the most toughest interview processes. They ask leetcode medium-hard questions to L8 EM candidates too, and look for nothing less than the very top layer of companies when sourcing. Chalta kaise hai dhanda?

I went through glassdoor, ambition box and others and only found poor reviews for them but couldn’t find reviews specific to product so your experience sharing these details would help.
