what all tech companies are hiring for 3+ years of experience right now, can you help with the referrals. And how crucial is the tech stack, seems like most of the firms are java based and me having worked in python and django this seems like a blocker.

Bhai I'm having 1.5yoe in Frontend React, applied to more than 1200 places easily. Didn't get even a single callback. My resume has been reviewed by several good people, they say it's not the best but it works for getting the callback at least from mid tier startups.
Didn't get nothing.
