I have been working in HSBC GSC HYD for more than a year and as this journey comes to an end now, I would like to share my experience with you all. 
The first thing that comes in our mind while joining any new company is about their workplace environment and their HR policies. 

There have been quite a few incidents that happened during the last one year which I neglected thinking "Isn't this what corporate life feels like?" I neglected everything to the point where it became unbearable for me and made me go through some serious mental health issues and panic attacks. 

The most recent incident that I would like to share with you all is when I was ethnically humiliated by one of my colleague.

The incident happened on 22 April 2024 when I was subjected to ethnically insensitive remarks by my colleague AA. The exacts words which was used by him is 'EK CHAMAAT MAARENGE, BIHAR PAHUCH JAOGI' which exactly means - I will slap you so hard, you will go back to Bihar. 

I did follow the protocol and informed my manager AT about the whole incident but nothing came out of it, except for a team meeting where I was told that my colleague did not physically assault me, it was just a hatred comment which I can let go of. 

I reached out to the concerned HR team and filed a POSH Complaint for the same, after weeks of the incident, on 3 May, I received an email from the HR team to give feedback for the same without any updates on what action was taken. 

I did let go of everything thinking that anyways I will be leaving the office soon as I am currently in my notice period when another incident happened. 

I was on a smoke break when VKR, AMO from the UK CDD team approached me and made objectifying remarks on me. The comment he made was 'Tmhare jaisi ladki hum aaj tk ni dekhe hai, akele pura UK team ka naam kharab kr k rkhi hai.' which means - He has never seen a girl like me, I have ruined the name of their team. I did ask him the reason for saying such things to which he replied 'tmhare alawa kisi UK team ki ladki ko hm ni dkhe hai cigarette pite huye' which means - he has never seen any girl from the UK team smoking cigarettes. Later while going back inside the office, I saw him eating tobacco and spitting on the wall inside the office premises. 

My LWD is 13 June 2024 and I hope this post reaches to everyone who are currently working in HSBC and to the people who are planning on joining HSBC GSC HYD before I leave.

I met a Girl last year , when i met her i didn't know I was going to like her. But when i realised that I'm liking her i stopped my self. Avoiding office change my seat this is my personal concern and money I'm earning very low and I spent over. And simple nowadays money matters. Things got bad when our common friend who is her roommate notice me and said to me you like her ah.
Well i told her I'm not into it even I'm like her she goona deserve better. Then what even she knw how much i close to her giving her daily flowers.
Even I'm cooking for her. But sad part her roommate introduced her friends to her and one of boy is rich good looking and with car she roam with them for 2 days and her roommate somehow managed to close both of them even knowing i am in love with her and girl knows..
So now they are in relationship and the girl i like 
I stopped talking to her as she was busy always on phone with new one which is good 
Well i am happy he is good person. After three months in November 2023 thwy broke up.
Mutually. She came to me with suprise after 4 month. We have coffee and then she started crying. I told her to talk to her boyfriend everything will be okay. Next month her bdy came well i text her happy Birthday 
She called me and said " ab tum text kro ge bas"
Then she invited me as no one was to celebrate her bdy i logout early we go to some place and i left her at pg. Then she came to my cubicle daily for lunch ( as I'm not expecting her to here ) well I'm used as a banded i know somewhere 
One day after a party a called her and god know what i said only thing i remember I called her 
In morning i see duration of call 2:45 hr
Call and 2hr vedio call 
Well I'm scared what i have done . After some day we met had a breakfast. I called her to my place we have a dinner my sister cooked for her 
And next morning i dropped her. And she said thanks for everything i know you will be there always 
After few day she called me and taking rudely and it is end

NGL I actually liked Salaar before you jumped into debate with me. Let me just say I am Kannadiga and I watched Ugramm in 2016, so I know it’s a remake of it, but even you know, it’s not a 100% copy of Ugramm either.

I liked the world building and characters around it since we all had high expectations of Prashant Neel. It just ruined it. If you see Salaar the movie as a regular movie rather than Prashant Neel’s next big KGF thing, then it should be great in many ways.

I've been wanting it since I was a kid just like I wanted an ipad. I pondered over ipad for 2 years and then ended up buying it. It has been 8 months since I bought it and it's lying discharged because I don't know what to use it for.

Similarly I've been craving to buy PS since I was a kid. I like gaming but not too big of a fan and now im concerned that even if i buy PS 5 will i use it?

Whats your suggestion? I don't want to throw 50k like I did for iPad. 🤐

PS: I can very well afford it so money isn't a problem. It being worth the money and I being able to use it is, and I don't know what to do
