Help in terms of WLB and compensation UX Designer 4 years Current : 10 LPA Deloitte giving 18 LPA (Location Gurgaon) Coforge giving 20 LPA (Location Gurgaon) Mid size startup 20 LPA (Location Noida) Will I need to negotiate or is this is okaish choice ?
