Should I choose xoriant or coforge? Both have almost same salary. Coforge is located far compared to xoriant.

It’s for Bangalore location and lead position. Which one to choose? Both are hybrid work model. Travel is more in coforge, which is one of my concern. But i heard xoriant hires and fires. Am confused
