Chindi company. They charge you for shift cabs. No other company does so and then they compete with TCS or Cognizant.0% hike and they deduct the VC too because some guy estimated the revenue to be some unimaginable figure which couldn’t be achieved.

It’s for Bangalore location and lead position. Which one to choose? Both are hybrid work model. Travel is more in coforge, which is one of my concern. But i heard xoriant hires and fires. Am confused
