Can you guys please list down name of companies which accept 90 days notice. I know there won't be a lot but I need at least one offer to resign. 

I haven't received any callback so far and I suspect this could be because 90 days notice ( I put 60 usually but no luck there too). Once I go on notice with one offer I can get more I think. 

P.S. My resume might also be the issue (obviously 😂). If anyone can help me with resume review I'll be highly grateful. (Coffee on me if you are in Pune).

Backend Engineer

Hi all, I’ve been actively looking for jobs since last 3  months. I’m struggling to get offers and I’m getting rejected in last rounds (I’m on a break since a year; so, some are technical reasons and some managerial reasons). Here’s some info about me

Overall experience: 6 years, 3 months

Primary technical skills: JS, TS, React, Node, Webpack, CI.

Expertise: I worked as a full stack MERN developer for the initial 4 yrs and the latest 2-2.5 years were on frontend platform building inner source tools and libraries for other engineers. 

I’m majorly looking for remote roles as I’m healing from an injury and want to avoid commute. Please refer me for any open roles, and with some info on pay scale 🙏.

1. Senior product designer - with experience building SaaS or consumer products. I'm looking for someone who wants to be a true thought partner in solving user problems. Not just drawing out designs based on requirements. 

2. PM/Sr PM - We need one or two PMs. Past experience in SaaS is helpful but not necessary. You should have worked on user facing software experiences for non technical users. This is a great role for former designers who have transitioned to product. High ownership, ability to make UX trade-offs by understanding real life user behaviour and prioritisation are most important skills.

NEED A RESUME REVIEW

I am a '21 graduate from a Tier 1 college (old IIT) and have had short stints as product manager at a couple of startups. About a year back, I decided to startup but after a few months, realized that startup idea wasn't worth pursuing. 

Researched around a few startup ideas and finally landed upon a good one in D2C space. But the problem is financing. I don't have much saving and friends / family network wouldn't be able to finance this. I really want to pursue this idea but finance is becoming a hindrance. 

So started looking for job opportunities about 3 months back. I have been exploring work opportunities in product / founder office / EIR roles or other generalist role. 

Job hunt process has been frustrating to say the least. Getting very few calls. In most cases, people are ghosting after couple of rounds of interview or assignment. In some cases, after getting through 2-3 rounds, I got to know that opening has been closed temporarily. Most HRs don't even have the decency to give feedback. 

I don't intend to work in job for long anyway. As soon as I have the job, I plan to start working on my business idea and quit as soon as I have enough financial leeway. 

How should I go about job hunt process? I have been trying to connect with folks on LinkedIn in whose company job openings are there. Apart from this, I have been connecting with founders from recently funded startups. Naukri / Instahyre and IIM Jobs are other portals I have been looking on. Anything I should do differently here? 

Looking forward to hearing your suggestions / experience.

 Never do the assignment for any company.This company will ghost you every time after the assignment or will offer lower pay / lower position. 
  
 Companies just try to get ideas via the assignment
