I got an offer from a big international bank in Mumbai. The project is in data analysis/engineering, which is something I have not worked in earlier. Another caveat is that I will be on a staffing company’s payroll and not on the bank’s. I am apprehensive about the 3rd party payroll thing. Is that something to worry about?

I have offer from FAANG via 3rd party payroll company. The offer is a good increase & the contract is of one year. I already have experience of 2yr and FAANG might help me in the resume. I am from analytics field.
