Six Sigma certification for mechanical engineers
As a fresher mechanical engineer looking for job opportunities, do you think I should Six Sigma certification? Is my Lean Six Sigma knowledge going to help me grab a good opportunity? And would it have any affect on my package? From where should I get my six sigma certification?
Certification is fine, but I would recommend getting some practical knowledge. Companies care more about attitude than skill set for the entry level.
Try doing some internships and make a github profile. Upload your projects on Github and share it with recruiters when you apply for a job. Your practical knowledge will give you more leverage than a certificate.
