The worth of six sigma depends on the kind of roles you want to target. 
 There is no unified global standard for six sigma. There exist a lot of these certifications from a lot of companies. That said, if you want to go for six sigma certification, go for one from ASQ as that is the most recognised. 
  
 I took the KPMG six sigma green belt certification back in 2017 and it helped for a little while. Now I am pursuing a black belt from ASQ as it has more recognition in the international job market.

I have over 3 years of experience as an instructional designer, but I don't have hands-on experience in change management.

I'm interested in the Prosci Change Management Certification to enhance my skills and career prospects. However, since it's a costly program, should I pursue this certification now, or wait until I have the opportunity to gain practical experience in change management through a project? 

Many projects and job profiles that I am interested in require change management expertise, but my chances of gaining real experience are limited as I am already booked for a project as a training developer until 2025.

so I'm currently working as a SDET 2 in a product base startup and my total experience is 4 years and 10 months.
now I'm seeking a PM certification course from a reputed institute of India.

1) I want genuine opinions ( preferably from other PMs) as to whether it is the right move to switch from engineering to PM.
will it be worth the hassle ? 

2) also my current job is remote so are there decent remote PM opportunities or the role demands you to be in the office more 
( this Is an important factor) 

3) while making the switch would I have to compromise on the package since it's a role switch ? 
how much hike can I expect 
like I'm making X right now 20/30% on that ?

Hi everyone, I am a 2023 graduate from tier 3 college currently working in a service based company but I am not really satisfied with it because I believe I could have grabbed better opportunities in campus placement but due to stupid rule of TPO they did not let me seat for further companies and I want to learn new technologies but I am not really getting opportunity here. Tl;dr: CV is getting rejected need suggestion around certification/portfolio and recent trend is preference given to Tier 1.

PM(Designation Product Specialist) 1 year, internally transitioned after 2 years working as an AM.

CTC 10 Fixed - Highly Underpaid 

Took a pay cut to transition to product role, company policy states team change pay cut because a fresher in new team. 

Not good relationship with current manager because financial issue fucks up mental health which fucks up work as well. So appraisal out of the picture. 

So I am looking for a job,wherever I have applied my cv is getting rejected. I have checked the ATS score and it is >80% 

Have checked with people from multiple companies: zynga, cars24, nykka and the trend is tier 1 college students get preference. 

Cannot pursue MBA now because age is almost 28 and cannot afford the fees. 

Are there any Certifications/exams which can help here ? A portfolio of projects ? 

Someone mentioned ISB PM course as well but gone through reviews on Reddit and it’s not worth it as per them. 

The last resort is upraised.co Bootcamp. Is it worth it when it comes to job placement?
