Prosci Change Management Certification - Is it really worth it?
Hi, I have over 3 years of experience as an instructional designer, but I don't have hands-on experience in change management. I'm interested in the Prosci Change Management Certification to enhance my skills and career prospects. However, since it's a costly program, should I pursue this certification now, or wait until I have the opportunity to gain practical experience in change management through a project? Many projects and job profiles that I am interested in require change management expertise, but my chances of gaining real experience are limited as I am already booked for a project as a training developer until 2025.
