Sprinklr revoked offer of 2024 batch

Freshers impacted in software/product and data science profiles. Day 1 company in all colleges. Placement season is almost over everywhere and now these students are without a job just days before their joining date. No severance too unlike layoffs. Used to pay a lot though, 30 lakhs base salary for SDEs and 15 for product analysts after taking gruelling overnight interviews. Heard internally there struggling a lot which is reflected in their stock price which is halved from 2021 despite a bull run in US tech companies in the same period. Note to anyone thinking of getting into sprinkr(obviously in future cause they showing middle finger now): join only if you want to work like a donkey in exchange of lots of money.

I was placed in sprinklr during campus placement the base salary was 13.67. But they revoked all offers pan India of all colleges. Now recently I joined a start-up in Bangalore as a product analyst the base salary is 8LPA and CTC is 11LPA. I still feels like I am under paid. It's been 20 days since I joined the company. Later I have received interview calls from few companies, But not sure what to do. Should I look for better opportunities or stay in the company for a while. Need advice TIA

I am a 2023 batch undergrad from nit . This year placement season was dull compared to 2022 . But somehow most of people got a job . But from the past 2 3 weeks companies are revoking offer letter. Almost 8 companies have revoked their offer letter, including increff OLX ,karza technology and so on . Offer letter is getting delayed . Almost all of us had their expected joining in June and July ,but many of my friends have not got their offer letter. Also the PPO scene, prior to this year almost the PPO conversion rate was very good in 6 months intern . A big mnc company hired 26 intern from my college but no PPO . I am afraid right now. When will the scene become normal?
