Should I Join Swiggy as an ASDE Backend?

Please don’t. You will be exploited like anything. Yes, you will learn a lot but the compensation which you’ll get is way below average. Not worth switching. If you can get an offer from Swiggy, you can get other offers as well with a much higher pay.

I see you are working as an automation engineer, if you think you won't be able to join any other company as a backend engineer, then you can think about it. Things to note, the sde-1 salary won't be matched even if you perform very well. ASDE position is created so that swiggy can hire folks with less compensation. If you are joining swiggy, learn whatever you can, then make a switch after 1 year or depending upon how things go for you

you ask this question for any company name and people here will tell you not to join. write down what matters to you and judge the company on the basis of that, instead of asking an open ended question.
