Cannot say about 2024 until mid of 2023.
AFAIK, I've seen LinkedIn posts of 2023 grads saying their offer letter has been reprimanded.

I'm not fear mongering, saying what I have observed.

P.S: Just keep upskilling, that's all I say. There are organisations who are still hiring in this phase.

Nothing will happen and this is not the first layoff season. Previously it happened in 2000, 2017 and still people survived and also grew in their career and had/have the best or better compensation.
I think you should focus on LC and other tech skills that you are interested in or will be valuable in 2024 or 2025.

Also, the future is unpredictable and so relax and enjoy the present.

Amazon sent us a goodie box last month.

When will we get our offer letters? When will our joining date probably be?

We haven't received the contacts of our hiring managers yet so there's no point suggesting to contact them.

Hello everyone, I am an ML Engineer Intern and have been doing full time internship since past 1.5 years, will be completing one year in June at current company, so the thing is I will be graduating in 10 days and the company is still not talking about PPO, so what should I do now? I don't have another offer as I did not sit for on campus placement because no good companies were coming and I am earning more or approximately equal to most of the companies paying for full time in college.

Now I am a bit scared as I will be graduating and still don't have a full time offer, I am the guy in college where everyone used to tell that I will grab the highest package and here I am in this uncertainty whether I will get full time offer from current company or not. I have worked very hard, even worked late nights and even on weekends and still they are bot talking about PPO and I am applying off campus but there are not many openings for freshers or 2024 graduate even though I have more practical knowledge and skills, so what should I do now, continue as an intern till I get full time or what should I do? I know Python,  ML, DL, NLP, tensorflow, pytorch, django, javascript, GO, Docker, linux and I am a very good learner too. So if anyone of you can help then it will be good, I have posted before also on this platform but have not received any help, though got couple of referral but they were of other profile or required  more experience and hence got rejected without even an OA. So please refer me or give advice what should I do next?

It is a small service based startup from Jaipur.

They hired quite much in recent year because of the project they were getting from US and UK market, but as recession is catching up in these countries, they do not have any project and are firing around 40% of the staff.

Most of them are new freshers (as this company tends to have bond culture) and some are old non-billable staff.

I am also quite new(actually 2024 passout).
Spme of my friends too got laid off, hoping I will not get affected 🥲.

I am in 2nd year in college pursuing computer science..so far most of the time i do competitive programming and sometimes web development..i am working hard but because of the never ending depressing posts on LinkedIn and blind about layoffs and recession plus no hiring in big tech..i feel that all my hard work will be not worth it in future..also the people have made this wonderful field a joke by this standup comedians who joke about engineers every time.........i really want to contribute to this society and earn great amount of money as well but the hope is decreasing day by day..

Hii, I'm a front-end developer having around 3 years of work experience. I got laid-off in 2023 just after 1.8years in an organisation. Then I joined another company and got laid off in 6 months. Now I have an offer from early stage startup but I'm too scared to accept it because of my experience. But on the other hand I don't have any offer as well. Will it look bad on my resume. I don't know... I've started thinking that something is wrong with me otherwise what is the chances of getting laid off twice within same year. 
First I loose my peace of mind because of work pressure and then I loose my work... pretty f**cked up situation.
I have never been this unde confident. 
What do you think shall I take the offer from startup again or wait few more months or more to get into good mnc??

For a marketing role where i had an assisnmrnt with a lot of deliverables to complete in 2 days. On asking for feedback the recruiter told me “the person who screened assignments didn’t like your work much”. I feel absolutely garbage and am looking to feel better. I am currently doing an SDE Internship in one of the startups in gurugram. Initially I was given a 6 month intern + full time offer, all went well, but in the last month this company is revoking full time offers of some interns  and extending the intern offer to 3-4 months. It's 23 engineering graduate from top college in bengaluru. I got an internship+ fte offer from Australian based SaaS startup. 
For these 6 months I have given my day n night to this job only to get to know that due to no projects in pipeline they are not going to convert any of the interns to full time. 
That's why I'm looking for opportunities now. 
I am full stack developer having done work in React.js, Kotlin, springBoot, postgresql . Also for design framework I'm well customed in Material UI. 
Also I have made some personal projects in react native nowadays.
