Suggest Gaining Tips
I want to gain weight + muscles and I have started going gym. Please suggest me tips to gain weight
If you want to gain pure lean mass, you will need to have a lot of protein in your diet(between 1.5-2 gms per kg) of your weight(even more). But again, this is generic in nature. Best thing would be to consult a dietician who would help you with a customised diet for your goals. All the best!
