Suggestion from experienced folks

So I have my joining for the company X and post the first day of joining they have set an evaluation.
They have sent the mail today about onboarding with the below materials to prepare for the D-day.
At first I was confused to see so many topics having the same evaluation date.

So I called the hr to clarify telling her that its difficult to complete all the topics in so little time but she said like the team lead has prepared it and has said that these things can be learnt in 10-20hrs.
Post that call I started having stress that how could I learn the skills in the remaining 10-20days keeping in mind I also have to search for pg and the video links sent by them are so long plus its hard to focus for long time.

So now I am writing this post to you all in the hope that you could help me figure out the best and fastest way to learn all of them as its feeling too overwhelming for me.
Like should I follow along with the tutorials only given by them, or any other approach and how to do it?
Is it really possible to learn all the topics within 10-20hrs?

P.s. i don't know any of them
